Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 6 tbsp tapioca granules
- 12 tbsp sugar
- 4 cups milk
- 2 tsp vanilla

Directions
- Soak tapioca granules in milk for five minutes.
- Separate egg.
- Add egg yolk to milk, and heat milk to a boil. Constantly stirring.
- Whip egg white to stiff peaks.
- Add 6 tbsp sugar to egg white and 6 tbsp to milk.
- Remove milk from heat, and stir in vanilla.
- Fold in egg white, and cool.
