INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tbsp Molasses
  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup raisins

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Beat two egg, vanilla and salt in large bowl.
  3. Cream Peanut Butter, molasses, and banana into the mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in oats, and mix well.
  5. Stir in raisins.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets.
  7. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool on wire racks.
