Chocolate topping

  • 1/2 cp Sugar. Use dry heat to partial caramelize
  • 1/4 cp Butter
  • 1/3 cp Milk
  • Dash Salt
  • Boil to dissolve
  • 2 tbs Cocoa
  • Boil to condense
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla
