High heat – 450F

Mix meat, garlic powder, egg yolk, olive oil, pepper, and salt.

“Volcano” shape patty (Raised edges to hold juices on a 1 inch thick patty)

Cook Bacon and use grease to cook hamburger, if cooking in a pan.

Toast buns with salt and oil.

Grill seasoned onion. Or use fresh onions if raw flavor preferred.

Butter baste the hamburger.

Munster Cheese before taking off

Mix mayonnaise flavored with mustard,  ketchup, pepper, salt, and heat.

Place lettuce on bun, then tomato.

Season burgers again before taking them off grill.

Melt the cheese on the burger

Spread mayonnaise mix on bun.

Season again before placing on top bun.
