Ingredients

  • Eggs, well beaten (4)
  • Brown sugar, 1 1/2 cups
  • Canned milk, 2 cans (12 fl oz each)
  • Pumpkin, 1 can (2 cups) 15 oz
  • Ginger, ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg, ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon, 2 tsp
  • Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients, and pour into deep pie shell.
2. Wrap edges with foil.
3. Bake at 425 for 40 minutes or until clean knife test in center.
