Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp tapioca granules
  • 12 tbsp sugar
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Soak tapioca granules in milk for five minutes.
  2. Separate egg.
  3. Add egg yolk to milk, and heat milk to a boil. Constantly stirring.
  4. Whip egg white to stiff peaks.
  5. Add 6 tbsp sugar to egg white and 6 tbsp to milk.
  6. Remove milk from heat, and stir in vanilla.
  7. Fold in egg white, and cool.
